SA 800. Mr. COBURN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2112, making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place, insert the following:
Sec. X. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total amount of funds made available under this title to the Rural Development Agency are reduced by $1,000,000,000, to be applied proportionally to each budget activity, activity group, and subactivity group and each program, project, and activity of the Rural Development Agency carried out under this title.
