SA 799. Mr. COBURN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2112, making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place insert the following:
Sec. __X. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to carry out the Rural Energy for America Program established under section 9007 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8107): Provided further, any funds appropriated by this Act for this purpose are hereby rescinded.
