Full Text of this Amendment
SA 864. Mr. MERKLEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 738 proposed by Mr. INOUYE to the bill H.R. 2112, making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 85, beginning on line 9, strike "$441,104,000" and all that follows through "3302:" on line 12, and insert "$460,106,000, to remain available until September 30, 2013, of which $9,439,000 is to be derived from fees to be retained and used by the International Trade Administration, notwithstanding 31 U.S.C. 3302:
Provided, That not less than $20,000,000 shall be for the Office of China Compliance, and not less than $4,400,000 shall be for the China Countervailing Duty Group:".
On page 191, line 20, strike "$620,000,000" and insert "$640,000,000".
