Full Text of this Amendment
SA 755. Mr. KOHL proposed an amendment to amendment SA 738 proposed by Mr. Inouye to the bill H.R. 2112, making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes; as follows:
At the end of title VII of division A, add the following:
Sec. 7__X. Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report describing plans to implement reductions to salaries and expenses accounts included in this Act.
