SA 4428. Mrs. MURRAY (for herself, Mr. SCHUMER, Mr. BROWN, and Mr. CASEY) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 3221, moving the United States toward greater energy independence and security, developing innovative new technologies, reducing carbon emissions, creating green jobs, protecting consumers, increasing clean renewable energy production, and modernizing our energy infrastructure, and to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax incentives for
the production of renewable energy and energy conservation; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 50, line 23, strike ``$4,000,000,000'' and insert ``$3,900,000,000''.
On page 58, line 10, strike ``$100,000,000'' and all that follows through ``2008'' on line 11, and insert the following: $200,000,000, to remain available until December 31, 2008''.
