SA 3680. Mr. CARDIN (for himself and Mr. Casey) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3609 submitted by Mr. Casey (for himself and Mr. Cardin) and intended to be proposed to the amendment SA 3500 proposed by Mr. Harkin (for himself, Mr. Chambliss, Mr. Baucus, and Mr. Grassley) to the bill H.R. 2419, to provide for the continuation of agricultural programs through fiscal year 2012, and for other purposes; which
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

On page 1 of the amendment, strike line 4 and insert the following:
(a) Savings.--Any savings realized by the amendment made by subsection (b) shall be used by the Secretary to provide matching funds under section 524(b)(4)(C) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1524(b)(4)(C) (as added by section 1921).
